This is not your typical LEAN Workshop. This series has been designed based on the feedback of industry and will provide fresh insights into LEAN Thinking and the challenges of sustainability improving your business' operational performance. It is known that LEAN Concepts increase productivity, improve quality, and encourage employee engagements whilst attacking waste and reducing business costs. Despite this, too few SME's are leveraging this power to improve their businesses.
This workshop will clarify the value of LEAN to your business and identify the approach that will ensure you maximise the rate of change and return on investment. We will also assess the cultural, leadership, and business maturity of your operation, providing a range of self-help techniques, guides and assessments.
Participants will learn:
- Why achieving profitable growth is such a challenge for small and medium sized businesses.
- Core Lean Optimisation and operations principles that will help you see opportunity in your business.
- Methods to apply with YOUR business, including practical techniques you can start applying tomorrow.
- Why a "big company solution" like LEAN works so effectively in small businesses.
- The steps to successful Lean implementation in small and medium businesses.
- How to unlock business growth potential.
- The maturity of your culture, leadership, and business.
- Techniques to achieve sustainable change in your business.
The event will incorporate a practical simulation that will demonstrate the indisputable value of LEAN applied to small to medium businesses across all sectors. All participants will be leave with tangible actions that they can implement immediately and be provided with a library of resources to guide them through their journey.
