The session begins with a gentle breathwork exercise, gently guiding you into a state of tranquility. Following this, a soothing 25-30 minute flow unfolds, designed to gently awaken and nurture your body. In the final segment, immerse yourself in deep breath awareness, followed by blissful sound healing and guided meditation. Prepare to be embraced by a sense of inner harmony and peace.
