Apollo Inn & Goodwater at The Gresham
As a part of The Bartender's Weekender, join us at Brisbane Stalwart The Gresham as the team collaborates with two of the most exciting additions to the Melbourne bar scene, American Whiskey bar Goodwater & intimate cocktail bar from the Trader House group, Apollo Inn. The collaboration is made possible by Elijah Craig to celebrate 3 whiskey's from Heaven Hill Distillery landing on Australian shores, Elijah Craig Rye, Mellow Corn & Bernheim.
The night is a juxtaposition, where fine dining principles will be applied to playful serves with warm service.
Nate White, Liv Kelly & John Hallett will be bringing you some signature Goodwater serves including a methode traditionnelle bourbon & coke coined "The Champagne Old Fashioned".
Cam Parish & Jack Wilson will be mixing up their Apollo Inn specialty, classic drinks with modern techniques applied, including their house fast double aged boulevardier twist.
The Gresham team will be whipping up their classic Sunny Boy with a Bourbon twist.
All 3 bars are collaborating on a snack menu for the evening so you don't go hungry.
RSVP's are not essential but appreciated, you must be over 18 years old to attend.
