Michelle Brown will be leading the day with insights in to the frameworks, processess and strategies at St Mary's College.
Michelle is an experienced Counsellor and Social Worker with a demonstrated history of working in education, local government, and the non-profit sector. Michelle is a leader and an expereicned presentor at many professional learning events!
This event focuses on St Mary's development of whole-school wellbeing approach. We'll come together and use collaborative and reflective practice to unpack tangible strategies for student wellbeing initiatives in our schools.
From the feedback in 2023 we heard that members would like to see "more sharing of how they run wellbeing", "shared resources" and "practical resources" inclusive of "policies, & processes". (We havent forgotten about "more free coffee"! )
ACCS encourage members to bring a colleage (perhaps outside the counselling team. ie. leadership/pastoral care) to work in their own school group. Or join with another catholic school for sharing of ideas and information.
Morning tea, lunch and some light refreshments provided.
Neabry paid parking, however we encourage public transport or car pooling!
