About this event

This experimental workshop is an individual practice we will do collectively.

It will involve:

  • reflective journaling
  • learning a self-care practice
  • challenging yourself creatively

The workshop includes:

Care Package

  • A natural exfoliation scrub (honey, brown sugar, olive oil; lemon wedge may be present)
  • Shea butter as a moisturizer
  • Notebook & Pen (you are welcome to use your own notebook or device to journal)

-

  • Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser (one time in session use)

An alternative to mindfulness meditation, this sensory experience aims to ground you and explore how to be in your body. Reflections on how you serve yourself.

Ideally, this is for those who want to be around others while journaling independently.

The workshop is 1hr and 10 mins, with an additional 20 mins for those who wish to stay back and discuss their experience amongst others.
