    In The Period Lab, we believe in communication and education. It's time to shed light on your hormones and create phase based habits. I'll equip you with knowledge and practical tips to achieve a healthier, more balanced relationship with your menstrual cycle no matter where you are.

    Participants will be educated about the entire hormonal cycle, my take on the menstrual cycle and how I guide my clients to view it, breaking down our hormones and what to pay attention to for each phase (guiding you to a symptom free cycle). Daily newsletters AND whatsapp messages from me will provide valuable insights and tips to enhance their period experience.

    When hormones are stable, we don't face issues like acne throughout our cycle; however, imbalances can introduce a range of unpleasant effects, including acne. Monthly hormonal changes are typical and can even be beneficial if managed correctly.

    Unfortunately, acne isn't beneficial. Luckily, you can manage and potentially eliminate cyclical acne by adjusting your diet, lifestyle, and supplement intake. Armed with the right knowledge, you can effectively tackle and say farewell to cyclical acne.

    Pre-Challenge Preparation:

    1. Understanding the Cycle: Educate participants on the 28-day menstrual cycle and the four phases.
    2. Sign-Up and Assessment: Participants sign up and provide information on their last menstrual period to estimate which phase they'll be in during the challenge.
    3. Communication Platform: Set up a WhatsApp account for daily emails, videos, posts with information and support.
