Join our weekly Walk ‘n’ Talk series and make some new friends! Lead by your Wellbeing Ambassadors, these walks are a great way to stay social and active on campus, practice mindfulness and explore the beautiful nature surrounds on offer.
You'll also score a free Deakin branded beanie when you attend your first session! Perfect for wearing around campus when the weather is getting a bit chilly.
The walks are fully accessible and can be tailored to suit the needs of attendees (please alert the Wellbeing Ambassadors of your accessibility requirements before the group sets off). Meeting outside the Security office in Building JB, these walks will run for roughly 45 minutes, giving you plenty of time to get to your next class. If it’s too wet outside, we’ll instead stay at Fusion Café and enjoy a beverage.
This is a 6-week series, so you're encouraged to come back each week to build friendships. Please ensure you register for each event individually via Eventbrite.
