What's the refund policy for passes?
The refund deadline for Individual, Team, or Legal Vendor passes is May 30, 2024. Passes cancelled prior to May 30, 2024 will be refunded in full (minus any Eventbrite fees incurred). Cancellations after May 30, 2024 are non-refundable. Sunday Funday and Tuesday After Dark passes are non-refundable. Read our full TOS.
What's the transfer policy?
We understand that plans change, so you can still transfer your pass to a colleague or friend. Please transfer your pass in eventbrite or reach out to the Clio Cloud Conference team at conference@clio.com and we’ll be happy to change the attendee information. Pass transfers must be requested by September 5, 2024.
Is there a hotel discount?
Exclusive hotel rates for ClioCon attendees will be available in March 2024 for wide variety of properties near the Austin Convention Center.
Is there an ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The conference is open to those aged 21 and older. Evening events are restricted to those aged 21 and older due to liquor service restrictions.

Who is a legal vendor?
Any individual selling services or products to legal professionals is considered a legal vendor. Legal vendors must purchase a Legal Vendor Pass to attend ClioCon.
