Frequently asked questions

Is this an overnight retreat?

No, you can either join us for one or two days, depending on how deep you'd like to go!

What do I do with my phone?

At the beginning of each day, you will give your phone to the retreat coordinator and it will be safely stowed until the end of the day.

How do I communicate during the retreat?

Silence is a profound way to dive deep in meditation, so this means no verbal communication. You are free to write questions to the retreat leaders, Brandon and Patricia or the coordinator. There will be a group sharing at the end of the day, so we invite everyone to speak then!

What do we do for meals?

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate allergies or food restrictions.
