You can customize the order confirmation page and receipt by selecting “Order Confirmations” from the Quick Actions menu within your account. For more information on this feature, please view the tutorial.
Since the Order Confirmation areas read HTML, you can also add an image to those areas. Just upload an image to an image hosting service like Photobucket to generate an HTML URL. Then, add the URL to the Order Confirmation box.
Here’s an example where we added a coupon to the order confirmation receipt:
When your attendees order tickets or register for the event, they’ll receive the order confirmation receipt with the image (coupon in this case) included:
