Last week we were thrilled to see our company and culture recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal.

The prestigious annual ranking shines the spotlight on 130 local companies that rise to the top in terms of having a happy and engaged workforce and 2017 marks the 8th year in a row that Eventbrite – which is headquartered in San Francisco – has made the list.

Today, we’ve got even more reason to celebrate; Fortune and Great Place to Work® Inc have named us the 15th Best SMB Company to Work for in the Bay Area! This is the first year that Fortune has compiled this list and we’re humbled, excited, and incredibly proud to be included.

What makes both of these recognitions so distinguished is that employees are what determine which companies make the lists. Our Britelings in the Bay Area were asked to complete assessments that rate Eventbrite on such values as trust in leadership, team dynamics, personal engagement and satisfaction of individual needs through great benefits and perks.
