2015 Shaw Charity Classic Employee Zone (Aug 7)

You’re invited to the 2015 Shaw Charity Classic!

It’s that time of year again, the Shaw Charity Classic! We would like to invite you to join us at the Shaw Charity Classic Employee Zone, or shall we say the “Zone” for an afternoon of great food and golf at Canyon Meadows Golf and Country Club. At the Zone, you and one guest will be treated to a patio party near the 15th hole, accompanied by complimentary food, drinks and lots of comfy seating so you can sit back and relax with your Calgary teammates.

The Zone will be up for all three days of the tournament, August 7, 8 and 9 from 11:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m

RSVP Process

•Please obtain manager approval before submitting your RSVP.

Please register yourself and your guest. For example, if you are bringing a friend who is not a Shaw employee, you are responsible for signing them up on Event Brite as well. Please make sure you use your email for their registration.

•The Employee Zone is a first-come, first served event and we will do our best to accommodate as many employees as we can. If you RSVP and cannot attend, we ask that you cancel your reservation so we can open spots for those on the waiting list.

•Complimentary tickets include entry to the course.

•Tickets are non-transferable and there is a limit of two tickets per employee. Employees can sign up for as many days as they wish; however, they must get approval from their manager.

•Transportation to and from the course will not be provided; however, we will share transportation details as we get closer to the event.

•Children aged 17 and under will be provided FREE access to the Shaw Charity Classic so you do not need to register for children.

Picking up your complimentary tickets

•Once you have registered both yourself and your guest, you will receive a notification that you and your guest have successfully reserved a spot in the Employee Zone.

•During the tournament, a Shaw Employee ‘will-call’ area will be set up outside the main entrance at Canyon Meadows from 10:30am – 2:30pm on August 7, 8 and 9 where you can pick up your wristbands. Please make sure your guest is with you when you check-in.

•Employees must present their ticket confirmation and Shaw ID badge (or legal identification) in order to receive their wristbands for the Employee Zone. There are no age restrictions for guests.
