Workplace Resilience
Workplace Resilience brings a relational approach to organizations to better support employees who are struggling with grief, whether from exposure on the job, or from personal losses. We focus on transforming organizational cultures toward grief readiness, from conversation skills to managing workflows and protocols when a team is impacted by grief.
We offer 60- and 90-minute workshops, as well as tailored series and cohort opportunities, to help organizations normalize grief, build skills, and ultimately strengthen the ways teams work together in times of loss and transition. Our offerings have impacted teams across sectors and contexts, from nonprofit and government organizations to major companies, including Redfin, Warner Music Group, Mental Health Technology Transfer Center Network, and the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario, Canada.
Workplace Resilience is a program of The Dinner Party Labs, where our work is is based on a simple premise: Healing is a collective enterprise. In addition to Workplace Resilience, we've done this through The Dinner Party, our platform for connecting people in their 20s through early 40s who’ve experienced bereavement losses (thedinnerparty.org), and through our partnerships with cities, churches and other communities looking to strengthen social connection and cohesion across polarization and difference. Strengthening our civic fabric requires talking to each other — investing intentionally in the hard conversations that reveal us as complex and caring human beings.
