About Tracy
“The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new lands, but in seeing with new eyes.” – Marcel Proust
This is my favorite quote, because once people start to see with their Lean Six Sigma eyes, they cannot turn it off! My goal is to curse as many people as possible to see the world with Lean Six Sigma eyes! :)
– WHY I DO WHAT I DO?
Two things about my work intrigue me. I love helping clients solve their culture puzzle. What is working well? What is not? What norms hold the current culture in place? How can we understand the root causes behind why the culture is the way it is? Then we work together to build and create an intentional culture.
I also love the A-HA moment when individuals realize that this stuff works and they want to be pulled in to apply the concepts even more. My special gift is meeting problem solver's where they are on the CI adventure and helping them get further along this amazing journey!
- A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and two boys...being involved in their lives and watching them grow up.
I like to stay active! I bike, hike, snowboard, visit our countries gorgeous National Parks and I love to travel! I wish I could still play on the Women’s Gaelic Football team, but after 20 years, I've hung up my cleats and support them from the sidelines!
