Tomika Mcfadden
Tomika McFadden is the founder and CEO of Pennsylvania Care Health and Wellness and BeWhole Health Magazine. Tomika has been a community activist for 25 years with 10 years in the healthcare industry. Leading successful projects like the BeWhole Health Fest (previously known as PA Care Health Fest) that was coined as the Nation’s Largest Urban Health & Music Fest that featured A-List entertainers like, T.I., SWV, Estelle, Dru-Hill, Lenny Williams and many others. Over 30,000 families participated in the “Health Fest,” and received various health screenings, was connected to medical and social service resources, and provided tools for families to live healthier lifestyles. Tomika accepted the Non-Profit of the Year Award for BeWhole Health and The Game Changers award from the African American Chamber of Commerce. This was followed by the Innovators Award from P.R.O.D.N., the non-profit arm of PCOM (Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine). Due to Tomika’s influential leadership in the healthcare, business, and non-profit industries, she was eventually hand selected by Dr. Steven K Klasko, President of the University of Thomas Jefferson College and Hospital to be featured as one of the most innovative leaders in “Innovation of the World and Innovators of Philadelphia.”
Tomika is a driven leader, a mother of three children with disabilities, and a native of West Philadelphia. After growing up in low-income communities, her passion is to help engage, unite, empower, and ensure results for urban communities globally.
