The LaGrange (GA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated: Chartered in 1979, The LaGrange (GA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is a distinguished group of professional women committed to friendship and service. The chapter focuses on empowering local communities through impactful programming in areas such as health and wellness, education, civic engagement, and the arts. Through volunteerism, fundraising, and strategic partnerships, our members work collectively to improve the quality of life for individuals and families throughout the LaGrange and West Georgia and East Alabama area.
The Links, Incorporated: Founded in 1946, The Links, Incorporated is one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations of extraordinary women dedicated to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the cultural and economic survival of African Americans and other persons of African ancestry. With more than 17,000 members in 300 chapters across the United States, the Bahamas, and the United Kingdom, The Links, Incorporated is recognized for its long tradition of promoting friendship, leadership, and service. Its members contribute millions of service hours annually through five program facets: Services to Youth, The Arts, National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services, and Health and Human Services.
