The Adaptable Human Project
The Adaptable Human Project (AHP) helps organisations to manage stress and perform under pressure. We provide theory and research-backed training that increases understanding, awareness and provides evidence-based strategies to thrive.
The two co-founders, Sam and Lucie, have nearly 3 decades of experience in high-performing and clinical environments.
Sam, a former Royal Marines Commando, who studied Sports Psychology at university is well placed to talk about stress, resilience and pressure. He is a coach, mentor and a resilience and positive psychology practitioner.
Lucie, who trained as a professional dancer and Pilates instructor, has run her own manual therapy clinic for 15 years. She uses a wealth of experience and qualifications to help people who often present with physical symptoms of stress.
Together, they have written a thorough course and treatment protocol that covers the links between mind and body.
