Tanya Dantus
Tanya Dantus is an author, somatic coach, and trauma-informed practitioner specializing in boundaries, people-pleasing, and relational healing. She helps heart-centered, high-functioning women unwind the nervous system patterns that keep them overgiving, self-abandoning, and stuck—so they can reclaim their voice and live with greater clarity, agency, and self-trust.
She is the creator of the RIFRA Method (Root, Impact, Feel, Reflect, Action), a body-based framework for healing people-pleasing and boundary collapse, and the author of The Power of No. Tanya holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a B.A. in Anthropology, and her work integrates somatic psychology, attachment theory, depth psychology, and expressive arts.
Tanya has facilitated transformational work for hundreds of women across the U.S., Mexico, France, Switzerland, and Germany, and has been featured on radio, television, podcasts, and international summits. She is also the founder of the women’s group program Right HerStory, supporting women to rewrite inherited patterns and step into more embodied, self-directed lives.
She currently lives with her son between USA & Europe and continues to teach, write, and lead spaces that support deep healing, self-expression, and empowered choice.
