Supporting Minds
Founded by Sophie Moore, Supporting Minds was born from a lifelong passion for inclusion, understanding, and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. With over 18 years of experience in SEND, learning disabilities, autism, and neurodiversity, Sophie saw a vital need to shift the narrative—raising awareness and delivering truly person-centred support that celebrates individuality.
Supporting Minds exists to educate, advocate, and champion the rights and voices of neurodivergent individuals. We believe that with the right support, everyone has the potential to thrive—and that belief drives everything we do.
Our training and workshops are designed to equip educators, professionals, and organisations with the tools to create inclusive environments where all learners feel seen, heard, and empowered. We offer:
- Neurodiversity Awareness Training – Understand the spectrum of neurodivergent experiences and how to support them effectively.
- Learning Disability Awareness – Explore practical strategies to support individuals with learning disabilities in education and beyond.
- Inclusive Practice Training – Build inclusive cultures that embrace difference and promote equity.
- Reasonable Adjustments Guidance – Learn how to implement adjustments that remove barriers and foster accessibility.
- Learning Strategies for SEND Learners – Discover evidence-based techniques to support learners with special educational needs.
- AI in Inclusive Education – Explore how artificial intelligence can enhance support for neurodivergent and SEND learners.
Whether you're an educator, employer, or advocate, our sessions are designed to inspire change and promote inclusive practice at every level.
