Hi there! I am Soumaya, Coach, Business owner, Traveler and Event Manager!
The events I organize are mainly webinars about subjects I cover in my coaching, but also subjects that I have a lot of life experience in.
I have 3 years of education through the school of Inspirational Communication Unlimited (ICU) and over 5 years of coaching experience and have facilitated groups and individuals regarding different subjects. I am currently traveling the Caribbean as a nomad while having my own minerals business too!
My coaching is a combination of psychoanalysis and principles from The Course of Miracles but in my Webinars I will keep it mostly psychoanalytic.
Over the years of coaching education and through overcoming my own experiences with the help of teachers and coaches I have a wide range of tools and expertise regarding subjects such as: Overcoming addiction, overcoming people pleasing (self abandonment), setting boundaries, facing and overcoming childhood trauma, healing shame and fear regarding sexuality, relationship dynamics (including navigating emotionally absuive relationships), entrepeneurship, transforming low self-worth and more. At the core of all these subjects are limiting beliefs.
In 1:1 coaching we dive deep into personal situations but in my webinars we cover these subjects more generally. However, despite the story being different: We all have the same limiting beliefs driving our behavior.
I started these webinars to be able to share more in depth about certain topics!
