Sophia Bruun

Sophia is an international yoga teacher, sound alchemist, ecstatic dance DJ and facilitator, and certified integrative nutrition coach with over a decade of experience teaching and training in the healing arts and sciences. Her mission is to bring more balance to Earth through the expansion of consciousness through the mediums of sound, silence, movement and stillness. She offers one on one and group experiences both locally and abroad, and resides between Woodstock, New York and Dharamshala in the Himalayan foothills of India. Since 2013 she has resided for extended periods and traveled through five continents and integrates various wisdom teachings that she has learned along the way to develop her own unique style of healing offerings.
