Sarah is a qualified Yoga Therapist specialising in Mental Health. Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching yoga in London since 2015.
The eight-week Yoga Therapy course for the mind is suitable for anyone looking to reduce stress, anxiety and/or depression . The content of the course is made up of yoga postures, mindfulness and meditation and uses an evidence-based programme developed by The Minded Institute, one of the leading international schools for Yoga Therapy.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary. All you’ll need is a yoga mat!
