I’m Courtney Sessoms, the founder and CEO of Orange RUBIE Life Style. A transformationist, advocate, author, and unapologetic force of nature. My life has been a storm—raw, chaotic, and unrelenting—but I’ve learned to turn its power into purpose. As the Founder and CEO of Orange RUBIE Life Style, LLC, I empower people to break generational cycles, shift their mindsets, and thrive through leadership coaching, wellness programs, and my RUBIE Status Movement.

I’m also an advocate for survivors of human trafficking, a leader in community upliftment, and, most importantly, a mother of four. My journey hasn’t been perfect—I’ve survived trauma, incarceration, and countless storms—but every mistake became a lesson, and every setback fueled my rise.

Now, as the author of The Storm, I use my story to inspire others to find their own strength and take control of their lives. My mission is simple: to show the world that even in the fiercest storm, you can stand tall, rise stronger, and create the life you deserve.
