Power Up Nursing

Power Up Nursing is a national movement that advances the science and spirit of nursing. Power Up Nursing provides support, inspiration, and opportunity to individual nurses. We also offer a complete data-driven solution to hospitals and other large healthcare organizations for the wellness and retention of their nurses.

Founded in 2021 by nurses for nurses and incubated in the aftermath of COVID, Power Up Nursing responds to the urgent needs of nurses to prevent burnout, cultivate community, develop leadership, diversify careers, and advocate for nurse-led change.

The Power Up Nursing National Board of Advisors is an all-volunteer group of nurse influencers and industry experts joined in a mission to "power up" professional nurses and the organizations that support them.
