With a mission to help individuals and teams identify and live on purpose, Sherjuana Davis, PhD, MBA, MSW founded the Georgia Mind Center LLC and brings a wealth of expertise to personal and professional development. Holding a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and an MSW, Dr. Davis blends data with real-world experience. As a certified MBTI practitioner, she is uniquely positioned to understand both individual and organizational dynamics.
Before transitioning into clinical work, Dr. Davis built a distinguished career as a corporate consultant, specializing in change management, human resources, and organizational design. Now pivoting back to their I/O psychology roots, she is dedicated to empowering professionals and organizations through innovative workshops and strategies.
