Nomi Network Dallas & Houston
Nomi Network is an international anti-human trafficking organization whose vision is a world where every woman can know her full potential.
In Dallas, we serve women and girls aged 13 to 22 years old who are survivors or highly at risk of human trafficking and exploitation. Our Education and Career Exploration Program is a trauma-informed program designed to increase youth’s social and emotional learning, boost self-confidence, prepare them for school engagement and completion, and set them on a career pathway. Our program offers case management with a licensed Social Worker, social empowerment and workforce readiness training opportunities, career and education exposure, life skills workshops, mentorship opportunities, internship opportunities, and job placement for at least five years.
In Houston, we are launching a trauma-informed, holistic workforce development program to socially and economically empower survivors of human trafficking. The Adult Women's Empowerment Program includes the "Know Me" training program where women develop self-agency, communication, and emotional intelligence skills. "Know My Future" is a comprehensive workforce training and career development program with a goal for women to secure employment.
