We are a coaching and development company that enables leaders to gain the capability to work with high levels of complexity. Our purpose is to enable leaders to gain the capability to work with the high levels of complexity needed to profit from providing solutions for people and the planet, balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and thrive in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous operating environment.
We offer leadership encounters that are designed to close the complexity gap - the mismatch between the complexity of the world and a leader’s capacity to respond. Our leadership encounters cultivate the inner capability leaders need to engage with complexity, not just manage it, but thrive within it. We offer Brief Encounters and Immersive Encounters.
Each Brief Encounter offers leaders a half-day immersion into one of four systems:
- Somatic (the physical body)
- Spiritual (the transpersonal realm)
- Ecological (the natural world)
- Social (organisational and relational dynamics)
Our Immersive Encounters invite leaders into a transformative two-day journey of systemic reconnection. Working across the four systems, leaders engage in a deeply integrated process of reflection, immersion, and psychological integration.
Guided with care and intention, these encounters invite leaders to deepen their awareness and reconnect with the systems that shape their leadership. Each encounter includes time outdoors, where nature serves as a co-facilitator, bringing clarity, grounding, and insight.
