The Northern Marina Islands includes a very interesting health declaration form. It was created by the government to inform residents that they have a duty to take part in actions that promote good health. This is done via a monthly declaration that gives out info about your general wellbeing and the way you can help it. It says that citizens of those islands must commit to creating a commitment to healthy living and that those who do not comply will be fined. It also mentions that anyone telling the government of an event that they believe is dangerous or harmful to residents can earn a similar statement to safeguard everybody. Residents are also reminded that they have a responsibility to keep kids safe at all times and they should seek medical attention should they want it.

The Island has two hospitals onto it; one is that the island's only hospital, and the other one is a little clinic that was established to take care of patients that don't have medical insurance. All residents can use the nurse practitioner and doctor, therefore there are not any doctors on the island. The island's only doctor is a family practitioner that comes to the island each Wednesday to practice their profession. There are also many dentists, gynecologists and podiatrists around the island to offer all of the island's needs.
