Before launching her agency, Nasima spent over 12 years as an educator, progressing to Assistant Deputy Head Teacher, where she led recruitment for school staff. She’s also worked as an IT Business Analyst, gaining practical experience in business transformation and project delivery—skills she now uses to help others break into or move up within competitive industries.
