Shannon is a multi-award-winning NIA franchisee known for connecting experienced professionals across industries to spark collaboration, foster meaningful relationships, and drive real business growth. She owns and operates four Network In Action (NIA) groups across the Nashville metro area, with in-person meetings in Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin, as well as a virtual group. Each group meets monthly with curated, high-impact agendas focused on professional development, strategic networking, and actionable business strategies.

In Summer 2025, Shannon is launching Trades Together Music City—a premium mastermind and referral community exclusively for Owners, COOs, and GMs of trades and service-based companies.
