More Than Capable is a New Jersey–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills. We believe every person has unique strengths and the ability to learn, grow, make choices and thrive when given the right support in an inclusive, respectful environment. Our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities by providing comprehensive training in essential life including work, and leisure skills through engaging, hands-on experiences. We strive to foster independence, personal growth, community connection, and self-advocacy while creating opportunities for participants to discover their potential and pursue fulfilling lives.
