Michelle Ennis is the creator of Phazes Fitness LLC.  A resident of Southern Utah, She loves Stand Up Paddling, Kayaking, running, hiking, basketball, soccer, ... actually all sports.  She is lisenced to teach Pilates, Zumba, TRX group fitness, Bootcamps and Senior fitness.  Her dream is to inspire as many as possible to change their lives by taking better care of how they treat the body and spirit.
