Kseniya Belyaeva
Kseniya’s journey with yoga began after moving to Tulum, Mexico in 2020, where she was deeply inspired by the transformative power of yoga and its philosophy.
She holds a 500-hour RYT, including 200 hours in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow from Sampoorna Yoga in South Goa, India, and 300 hours in Hatha Yoga from Vikasa in Thailand. Kseniya has developed a strong foundation in asana practice, inversions, yogic philosophy, meditation, and pranayama. Additionally, he has completed a 50-hour online Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training (Yin & Restorative yoga).
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Kseniya continues to deepen her practice through workshops, reading, and exchanging knowledge with yoga teachers from around the world.
An advocate for daily self-care and an active lifestyle, Kseniya sees yoga as an anchor — helping her stay grounded, mindful, and resilient through life’s challenges. Grateful for the positive impact yoga has had on her life, she is passionate about sharing its benefits with others.
While she appreciates all styles of yoga, Kseniya primarily specializes in teaching Power and Vinyasa Flow — guiding students to reconnect with their breath, move mindfully, and release the stress of everyday life.
Beyond yoga, Kseniya enjoys reading, attending concerts, exploring sound healing, spending time in nature, and traveling.
