Kelly Dillow

Kelly Dillow spearheaded the Oklahoma Compost Conference back in 2015 and has continued to serve on the planning committee. She now serves as the Vice President of the Oklahoma Compost and Sustainability Association (OCASA) while working at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.
