Dirty Man Soap and Farmstead

Hi there! My name is Hannah and my husband, 4 kids, and I are Dirty Man Soap Co. For the last 15 years, we have been learning and experimenting with everything possible amongst the farmer/homesteader menagerie. From milking sheep to sprouting fruit trees from seed, growing and preparing food from scratch, and many things in-between, we love learning about and attempting to live a "simpler" life.

Recently, we have begun to teach and pass on some of the things we have learned over the years. We believe these skills are just as important in our current time as they were in the past and there is a quiet satisfaction in doing for yourself in these ways.

Our classes are currently held in our garage converted to soap shop on our 1+ acre property in Chehalis, WA. You will find our place to be a work-in-progress. We have been slowly rebuilding and remodeling our home and outbuildings as time and funds become available. Earlier this year, we finished converting our old garage into a warm, cheerful, and inviting space that is now our soap shop. We are so excited to start utilizing this space further to begin teaching food preparation and preservation skills as well as teaching soap making classes.
