Craig Joseph

Craig is a Hospitality and Food and Beverage professional with more than 20 years of experience. Having worked in all areas of restaurants, Craig transitioned to hotels and joined the Four Seasons Hotel New York team, where he spent 8 years. Craig’s role at The Four Seasons spanned The Garden Restaurant and The Ty Bar, which he ran until the hotel’s closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Craig then joined The Four Seasons Hotel Surfside in Miami, Florida as a Task Force Manager, overseeing The Champagne Bar and Lido Restaurant. In 2022 Craig joined Tao Group as GM of PHD Terrace, The Rickey Cocktail Bar and Fishbowl Nightclub, all within the Dream Hotel Midtown, New York. In 2023, he ended his tenure with Tao Group and join Tatiana at Lincoln Center as GM.
