Coastal Movement

Our passion at Coastal Movement is guiding people to build strength and confidence in their bodies through movement. With inspiration from Monterey Bay, we have curated a modern Pilates method that embodies:

  • Grounded Movements for muscle engagement.
  • Different class types of strength, cardio and stretching.
  • Minimal Equipment such as resistance bands, hand weights, Pilates ball and ring.
  • Community Engagement and a sense of inclusion in a motivating environment to reach fitness goals with others!
