This Corporation was founded in the State of California, in the United States of America, in 1996 and is operated for charitable non-profit purposes.

OBJECTIVE/MISSIONThe objective and mission of this corporation shall be to facilitate medical, surgical assistance, and life enhancing services to needy children; provide medical supplies, equipment and training to public hospitals and other non-profit health care institutions in Trinidad & Tobago, California and other Caribbean Islands as need arise, as in cases of natural disasters. We also promote and support local Los Angeles non-profit organizations.
