Chiquita Clay

Chiquita Clay established the R&R Cares Foundation in 2024,

inspired by her personal journey as a single mother navigating the

challenges of raising a family with limited resources and support.

Through firsthand experience, she came to deeply understand the

critical role that community, stability, and access to resources play

in building a brighter future for both parents and children.

Motivated by resilience and a genuine desire to uplift others,

Chiquita founded the organization to empower single parents,

grandparents, and youth caregivers. Her vision is rooted in the

belief that every family—regardless of circumstance—deserves

the tools, encouragement, and opportunities to thrive.

Today, her passion for giving back drives the mission of R&R

Alliance is to be a beacon of hope and a hub of support for families

in need across the Metro Atlanta area and beyond.
