Chat and Chew More Plants

Our volunteer, community health study group began 13+ years ago with 10 people in a small room in Winter Haven Florida. Soon the City began supporting our efforts to address a pressing need in our city and county of a Gallop Poll ranking of seventh in the nation for obesity.

The city taught us tech skills and soon we had a YouTube, web and Facebook page plus a monthly newsletter and now a podcast.

Our free in person meetings included skypes and zooms with leaders in the health and diet field. With COVID we went strictly to online and our international audience grew as did subscribers to our YouTube page. (We have more than a thousand now). In fact a very popular London, England YouTube channel put a link to our channel telling viewers that we are an outstanding place to find the top experts in diet and health.

We continue to have free zooms with the goal of bringing important information to our audience.
