Cécile Della Torre from Cook and Speak

A grandmother from Corsica, a mother from Alsace, an Italian husband, a large family: at home, cooking has always been at the very heart of our interests: preparing tasty dishes with 4, 6 or 8 hands, sharing recipes and tips for good restaurants. Our mouths watering as we feast upon a salad of Corsican tomatoes fresh from the garden, hunting down the very best ingredients at the market or the local shops ...

Having lived and worked in several European countries, I appreciate the importance of cooking and sharing a meal as a great way to create strong bonds and learn or practice a foreign language with an action-oriented approach.

After teaching for Berlitz, I have developped this activity in Copenhagen and Brussels for 3 years. More than 12 teaching modules are available. Menus are regularly adapted according to the season and I enjoy proposing new modules according to food trends.
