The Artist is not signed with the record label. If an artist chose to record with the record label and does not have a platform of their own and does not want to run their own music; the label will provide a small service fee to upload their music and create an Artist page for them to promote their music. Giving them access if they chose to go on their own in the future, The label only asks for credit in regards to the uprising of that artist.
