Bianca Zable
Like many of my clients, I appeared capable on the outside, even when I felt untethered inside. I carried patterns of disconnection and a constant sense of unrest in my body for years. Later, after multiple surgeries and a long recovery from medical trauma, I came to understand that true healing doesn’t happen in the mind alone — the body has to come with us.Somatic therapy gave me a way back to myself that didn’t rely on pushing through or fixing. It helped me feel more human, more whole. The people I work with have often done therapy before, but something deeper hasn’t shifted. They may be navigating trauma, medical events, burnout, addiction recovery, or relationship patterns shaped by early experiences. Many are grieving, in transition, or just tired of holding it all together. What they want is more ease in their bodies, clarity in their relationships, and a sense of being connected to something real. That’s what we build together. In our work, I help you slow down, listen to your body, and create the safety needed to heal. You’ll learn to relate to yourself with more compassion, feel what’s true, and move through life with greater steadiness and aliveness.Clients often describe me as direct, compassionate, and grounded. I bring presence and curiosity to every session. If I don’t know something, I say so. Trust and honesty matter in this work.I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I’ve also trained directly with Dr. Peter Levine, the founder of SE. But most of all, I bring deep respect and humanity to this work. I’ll never pretend to have all the answers — but I’ll be right here with you as you begin to remember your own.
