Bethaney Wilkinson
Hi, I'm Bethaney. My work in the world is to create spaces and learning experiences to nourish the roots of your inner life so that you can show up in the world authentically, compassionately, and sustainably. I primarily host writing circles and retreats, but am also available for 1:1 soul care coaching to support folks navigating the evolving landscape of their spiritual lives within the Christian tradition. In terms of my official biographical details, I'm an author & spiritual director rooted in rural Georgia where I live with my husband Alex and our dogs, Isla and Bear. I write about Christian spirituality, personal identity, and living consciously with the natural world. I have an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Educational Studies from Emory University. I'm author of The Diversity Gap: Where Good Intentions Meet True Cultural Change and A More Beautiful Way to Live: Nine Practices to Unlearn Habits of Anxiety, Fear, and Urgency, coming March 2026.
