Museum of History, Benicia

The Museum of History, Benicia (formerly the Benicia Historical Museum) is a Benicia, California museum that prides itself in telling the story of California through the story of Benicia. Established in 1985, the Museum has undergone several changes in its almost 40-year history, and our latest expansion and rebrand is just another chapter in our continuing story as an institution. By purchasing tickets to our events and supporting the museum you are helping to further our school programs, our educational mission, public outreach, and so much more. As a private museum, we depend on your support through donations, ticket purchases, event attendance, grants, and regular admission to our galleries to fund the programs and educational events that we bring to the community.
