Kenneth Igwe is a seasoned real estate and finance professional with over 20 years of
industry experience. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Baker Collins & Co., he has
led the origination of over $1 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity since 2015,
specializing in financing for real estate investors.
His career includes roles as COO at Brisco Capital Group and Associate Director at
Wharton Gladden. Kenneth's expertise spans entity management, business succession
planning, and various real estate matters, including lease agreements, purchase options,
and property transactions. He excels in negotiation, agreement drafting, and dispute
resolution.
Kenneth holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Morehouse College, a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a Master's in Finance from Harvard Extension School.
He is a graduate of the Urban Land Institute's Center for Leadership program and serves as
an Ambassador for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. His diverse
background enables him to provide comprehensive counsel to clients, addressing their
unique needs in real estate and finance.
