We provide scholarships for college and graduate students who are active in South Florida’s community. A key role of this program is to encourage and build LGBTQ+ leadership . Mentor
Each scholarship recipient is paired with a mentor. Typically in the same field as the recipient’s field of study, the mentor provides guidance with their education and community goals.Initiatives
AFW identifies and targets the needs of the LGBTQ+ women’s community and develops initiatives designed to incentivize our community to fulfill them.
