Aashyla Perez, MPH, PhD
I am a wellness and public health professional, and I am passionate about teaching others about mental health and wellness. For me, this mission is deeply personal and meaningful. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and it is my purpose to spread awareness, knowledge, and understanding about the connection between the mind and body.
Through my work, I strive to empower individuals to prioritize their mental well-being and to take proactive steps towards achieving optimal health. I firmly believe that by equipping people with the tools and knowledge they need to manage stress, cultivate resilience, and foster positive relationships, we can create a society that is not only physically healthy but mentally thriving as well.
As a public health professional, I am driven by the belief that prevention is the key to building a healthier future. By educating communities, implementing evidence-based interventions, and advocating for policies that support mental health, I am dedicated to creating a world where mental wellness is a top priority. I am committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and ensuring that everyone has access to the resources and support they need to lead fulfilling and balanced lives.
