Philadelphia OIC empowers the unemployed, the underemployed, the homeless and disadvantaged youth and adults to achieve self-sufficiency and employment, through education, training, job placement, and through supportive human services, housing and economic development.Philadelphia OIC’s current programming falls within four areas: hospitality industry training and job placement, academic support and general education, technology access, and computer literacy and skills training.
