Stan The Light

Hi everyone, I’m Stan The Light, an Afro-Latin dance artist based in New York City. Through my work in Latin dance, my purpose is to help people reconnect with their authentic selves through movement.

Much of my work centers around self-awareness, confidence, and leadership within the dance community. I’m passionate about creating spaces where dancers can explore their voice, deepen their presence, and discover the leader within themselves.

I look forward to guiding participants through experiences that encourage reflection, connection, and authentic expression through dance.
